Ok, I need help! Our new apartment has the work "funk" ever! Seriously, the clothes in our closet smell funny now and the overall "funk" overpowers any candle we try to burn to mask the smell. I never really have bough air fresheners because they always seem more expensive than they're worth - but I have to do something!! So here's my questions...what kind works best? What brand, what's your favorite scent, what's a good price to spend - please help this smelly girl out :)

Vinegar! It stinks for a little while, but it will eat the strange odor right up!

Then, we use the renuzit crystals. There are TONS of coupons for them so they're pretty cheap. :)

I did the vinegar thing too! Also, in our apartment the pantry was stinky so I sprinkled baking soda on the carpet and waited a bit and vacuumed it up. Now we have little hedge hog who doesn't smell great and I have a warmer that plugs in from https://jennythomas.scentsy.us/Home
I like it and can change the sent. I like that it looks cute and I don't have to go find a match. :)

I have discovered scentsy and I will never buy another wallflower from bath and body works again. One regular warmer will make my whole 2 story house smell wonderful! They have 80 different scents to choose from... etc. Here is my girl's site: https://hholland.scentsy.us/Home

thanks for the scentsy sites - had heard of them, but no one around here seems to sell them so I've never actually smelt them. I'm trusting ya'll and will look into that!

and I'll try to convince Andy to try the vinegar thing - how do i do it? just pour it into a jar and let it chill for a while? how long?

just pour it in a bowl and let it sit where it stinks. Leave it at least overnight.

Ask Bev about Scentsy... she knows someone who sells it.. She has it in her house and it's amazing!

New apartment? I need to stalk you more often to know what's going on! :o)
