It's December 1st which means it's officially my favorite time of the year!!! We have the tree up and decorated, the house filled with all sorts of Christmas decor, Christmas candles set out, and lots of baking supplies ready to be used.
But when will I find the time? I hate how the Christmas season always seems to be the most rushed season - but oh its fun!!! Friday, after spending 2.5 hours saving over $300 on Black Friday, Andy and I went to Disney's Hollywood Studios to spend the day. That night we saw the Osborn Spectacle of Dancing Lights - A.MAZE.ING! So beautiful - you can't go wrong with millions of Christmas lights :)
Saturday we're going to Epcot to enjoy more Christmas fun. The perk of Andy's job is that we get offers and tickets for various things, like hockey games, etc. Well, because we took a group of students to Night of Joy several months ago, we get 2 free tickets to see Epcot's Candlelight Processional, narrated by Steven Curtis Chapman! On top of that though we get VIP seating, a special reception, and an all-day pass! Who-hoo!
Then the season continues with a Girls Cookie Decorating Night, followed by our Student ministry taking the cookies to the fire stations. Then of course there's the baking for friends and family, the Christmas parties, the hot cocoa by the tree, the wrapping of presents (my favorite!!) On top of that, everyone at my job is joining together to serve a meal, decorate a Christmas tree, and serve cookies and cocoa to the families at Tampa's Ronald McDonald House! It's going to be great!
See? Its a very busy season, but so much fun!!! What do you have going on this holiday season?

Sounds fun! wow epcot and hollywood studios in the same week and your not even on vacation! that's awesome.I decorated our tree last night and have to do some finishing touches and decorate the rest of the house. I love decorating for christmas!
We don't have nearly as much as you going on but there is a group going caroling at bellevue woods that we may join on friday night.
A group of girls that are new friends are going shopping and wrapping gifts together all day sarurday after next.I would normally do all that with my sisters but they both live out of town now. We have a christmas partys to go to one on the 18th and 2 on the 19th. Decisions! Decisions! Then we have all the family chrismas gatherings to juggle. We're having a big new years eve party at our house so I'm excited about that too :)
