Check out these two (here and here) blogs regarding the "Mommy War" saga going on in our culture these days. If you don't know what I'm referring to, its the constant comparison game that has swept our nation by storm in terms of child-rearing, breastfeeding, etc. etc.

It's comforting to know that as Reed's arrival quickly approaches, I am completely inadequate but I serve a God who is more than enough to take my broken attempts at parenting and turn them into something beautiful - because He will get the glory from it!
