That's the number of pounds lost in a week by yours truly!! Whoo-hoo!!

It's an 8 week challenge I'm doing which involves no sugar (I get 1 cheat day a week), lots of water, fruits & veggies, touching base with an accountability partner, and keeping a food journal.
