Work it on out

I have clearance to work out now!! Reed is 7 weeks and I've been in my regular pre-preggo clothes for a week and a half! Now, to lose the pre-preggo weight I didn't want :)


Today I did Day 1 of the C25K as well as some additional cardio and strength training. It felt good! I lost tons of muscle during pregnancy (despite still walking, taking stairs, etc) so I'm starting off rough, but I'm doing it! Now to cut out sodas...
